Manhasset Luxury Housing is a new residential community consisting of approximately 46 houses, a gatehouse, a clubhouse, site work and associated infrastructure.  This new community, located on a 30-acre site in Manhasset, Long Island, will be a model for healthy living and sustainability.  

The buildings will be contemporary in conception, design and detail.  There will be five unique model house types, each with two or three variants.
